Waste of money

Nice graphics. Physics are all wrong. Increase rotation, rock curls 6 ft when it should go straighter, vice versa for less rotation. When the rock loses its rotation, it should not change direction to travel parallel to the centre line. Rock impacts are sticky and cause results that are physically impossible. A better method for aiming would be good since my finger is in the way while selecting the weight. Improve the physics and the rating will increase to a four.

The game is very good. Can use a few improvements, like better AI and maybe online play. AI tends to like to put up guards to even guard my rocks. If theres online play, or better AI tournaments, even a career mode, Id pay for an iPad version. Keep up the good work.

Got it for free so not ticked. But I would not buy it. Waste of money really as game is not what you think it will be.

A lot of work clearly went into the appearance of the game, but the physics needs work. Its like the rocks have no striking bands; rocks dont change turn on contact (they tend to skid). The late curl and the exaggerated curl on lighter stones is disconcerting. The AI Skip tends to stand where the rock should end up rather than where the delivery should be aimed (doesnt affect play, I know). The fact that you can throw a rock with no turn and have it go perfectly straight is not right. The delivery method is a bit confusing; I put the wrong turn on about once every game. Fix the physics and this could be a 5-star game. Probably worth a buck or two as a diversion in its current state, but curlers may get frustrated playing this for long periods of time. Nevertheless, I have found myself playing this game with all its flaws, so I have increased my rating to 3 stars. [Updated 2012-06-29]

Is there going to be anymore updates to this game and could u make al more challenging. Good all around curling game tho!

This is my all time favourite curling game in the App Store! The graphics are great and the so is really well put together. It would be nice to see support for the iPhone 5 and retina display as well as different difficulties for the AI. Spectacular game!

Very realistic! It would be so much better though if the game had a carrer mode where u can work through levels and unlock stuff.

This is certainly the best curling app out there. One suggestion for an update is that the name of a "round/inning" in curling is actually called an end, not a round. Please fix this. For the people complaning that the Al is too difficult, the way that you curl your stones is by rotating the stone before you roll it. This is done by placing one finger in the center of the stone and rotating another around the stone. If you want the stone to curl to the right, you rotate your finger clockwise. If you want it to curl to the left, rotate your finger counter-clockwise. The further you rotate it(up to 180 degrees), the more it will curl. Thanks!

Physics of the game are pretty great. Great grfx. Would be five stars if there was wifi play.

Im really enjoying the game, but Id love to see difficulty sliders / settings on a future update. It would be nice to beat the AI every once in a while. After an 0-30 record against this guy, my phone is starting to get smug.

Smooth and accurate gameplay. Very fun to play and worth the money if you are into curling. Only complaint is that I wish they would bring this game to life with some cheers from the audience or something....just seems a little flat. also would like to see some more of todays venues.

While others have complained that the AI is too difficult, Im consistently scoring 8-10 points in an 8-End match. I find that the AI has great accuracy, but does not have very good strategy. The graphics are smooth and clear. I would like to see animations showing the curling players launching the stones, a tilting action to impart spin, and better physics since the stones seem to lose too much momentum after impacts. A tournament mode should be created since the single matches are somewhat disappointing. An Olympic Mode to pick countries for teams would be a welcomed addition. I look forward to the next versions of this App.

I think the game is great. Love the tournament play. The only thing it needs is wifi so I can play against my friends online. If it had that I would give it 5 stars.

Great game. Suggestions would be to update the physics of the curling stones and to add harder difficulty levels. The stones should move further when hit by others. Also the tournament mode could have more custom features like how the tournament is conducted or being aloud to choose the number of teams. Otherwise, this game is perfect!!!

Very impressive and a lot of fun. Ignor some of the complaints. You can choose countries in tourney mode and run your own Olympics, and choose to play whichever ones you want or use AI. Suggestions: as someone else said, the stones should have a bit more force in moving other stones, and I would like to see more varience in the different surfaces from different eras. Its a very cool game although Ive gotten to the point where I win by some big margins. Id love to play live opponents via wifi.
